The approved Terms architecture includes subscriptions and cancellation, Pursuit Credits, customer authority, third-party information, AI-assisted functionality, no professional/fiduciary relationship, no outcome guarantee, opportunity-value allocation, damages, liability, indemnification, confidentiality, and Delaware governing-law/dispute provisions subject to applicable non-waivable law.
