The rules for using Pavara and its evidence-backed opportunity intelligence.

Service

Pavara provides software that helps organizations discover public-sector opportunities, organize solicitation requirements, and prepare evidence-backed Pursuits. Features may change as the service develops.

Your account

You are responsible for providing accurate account information, protecting your credentials, and ensuring that people using your account are authorized to do so.

Your content and responsibilities

You retain responsibility for information, documents, pricing, certifications, signatures, and submissions. Pavara does not make legal attestations, select pricing, sign documents, or submit a response on your behalf.

No guarantee

Pavara organizes available information and identifies uncertainty. It does not guarantee eligibility, award, completeness of a solicitation, or a government agency's decision.

Review required

The service boundaries above are customer-facing baseline content. The legal entity, governing law, dispute resolution, limitation of liability, and termination provisions still require owner/legal completion before these Terms are operative.

Privacy Policy

How Pavara expects to collect, use, retain, and protect account and company information.

Information we collect

Pavara may collect account identifiers, company and contractor profile information, opportunity preferences, documents and content you submit, support communications, billing references, and technical or usage information needed to operate and secure the service.

How we use information

We use information to provide and improve Pavara, personalize opportunity matching, maintain security, process subscriptions, communicate with you, troubleshoot, and meet legal obligations.

Sharing

Pavara may share information with service providers that help operate authentication, hosting, storage, email, analytics, and payments, subject to appropriate controls. Pavara does not sell your company profile or submitted documents as a product.

Your choices

You may request access, correction, deletion, or other rights available under applicable law through Pavara's published privacy contact channel once it is finalized. The privacy contact channel and jurisdiction-specific rights remain owner/legal facts required before publication.

Acceptable Use

Conduct and content standards for using Pavara responsibly.

Allowed use

Use Pavara for lawful business purposes, including evaluating public-sector opportunities and organizing your own response work.

Prohibited use

Do not use Pavara to break the law, infringe rights, upload malicious code, probe or disrupt the service, misrepresent qualifications, evade access controls, or submit fabricated information to an agency or other party.

Sensitive information

Do not upload passwords, payment-card numbers, government identification numbers, or other information Pavara does not need for the service. Report suspected account compromise through Pavara's published support channel once finalized; that support contact remains an owner/legal fact required before publication.

Enforcement

Pavara may restrict or suspend access where necessary to protect users, the service, or third parties, subject to the final Terms of Service.

Billing, cancellation, and credit terms

How subscriptions, Pursuit credits, renewals, and cancellations are intended to work.

Subscriptions

Plans are billed monthly at the price shown at checkout. A subscription begins when payment is successfully confirmed by our payment processor and remains active until canceled or otherwise ended under the final Terms.

Credits

Included Pursuit credits are allocated according to the selected plan and may roll over for one billing cycle as described in the applicable offer. Credit use and any additional-credit price must be displayed clearly before purchase.

Cancellation and refunds

Cancellation timing, access through the paid period, refunds, failed-payment handling, taxes, and any purchased-credit expiration remain owner/legal facts required before live billing is enabled.

Sandbox

Test-mode payments are for verification only and do not create a live financial obligation. Never enter real payment information in a sandbox checkout.

Pursuit service terms

The boundaries for Pavara's opportunity analysis, readiness guidance, and Pursuit support.

Evidence-first guidance

Pavara distinguishes known, supported, unknown, and conflicting information. Recommendations are decision support, not a representation that an opportunity is suitable, complete, or winnable.

Customer control

You decide whether to pursue, prepare, monitor, or pass. You must review source materials and verify facts before relying on them or submitting anything.

Pursuit Pro

Pursuit Pro does not include human proposal review as a plan entitlement. It does not authorize Pavara to make factual representations, pricing decisions, certifications, signatures, or submissions for you.

Availability

Source coverage, public-agency data, deadlines, and third-party systems can change or be unavailable. Pavara will show uncertainty where it is known rather than inventing an answer.
