How Pavara finds opportunities, evaluates fit, organizes Pursuits, and keeps customer authority visible.
Pavara starts with information about your business—what you do, where you operate, and other details that help determine which opportunities may fit. It can build useful context from available information, then shows you where something important is missing so you can confirm or add it.
Pavara is designed to turn business information into reusable company intelligence, so you do not have to reconstruct your company every time an opportunity appears. You can review and update that context as your business changes.
Once Pavara has enough information to understand your business, it can begin identifying relevant opportunities. You do not need to complete every possible company detail first; when missing information matters, Pavara surfaces it.
Pavara can organize relevant public opportunities and, where supported, opportunity types beyond government notices. The available universe depends on the sources and coverage implemented for the relevant market; Pavara keeps source context visible.
No. Pavara is designed to reuse confirmed company intelligence across opportunity review and Pursuit work. You remain able to correct, add, or confirm information when it changes or when a decision needs it.
Pavara works from public opportunity sources and keeps the source and provenance visible. Source availability is not a promise of complete coverage, and Pavara should say when a source or fact is unknown.
Pavara compares the opportunity with reusable company intelligence, requirements, fit, readiness, and available evidence. It shows what is supported, what needs a check, and what remains unknown.
Yes. Recommendations are presented with the relevant reason, source or company evidence, requirements, and unresolved checks where available. A recommendation supports your decision; it does not replace it.
MET means the available evidence supports a requirement. CHECK means more review is needed; ACTION REQUIRED means the customer needs to provide or do something; BLOCKER means a confirmed issue currently prevents proceeding.
Pavara keeps the unknown visible and identifies what would need to be checked or confirmed. Unknown is better than assumed: Pavara should not invent a qualification, requirement, or company fact.
Your company context and customer-directed choices help shape what is relevant. Pavara can surface recommendations and next steps, while you retain control over what to review and pursue.
A Pursuit is the organized work of deciding whether to go after an opportunity and preparing everything needed to move it toward submission. It connects requirements, evidence, documents, deadlines, customer checkpoints, and the current next step.
Pavara can map requirements, gather and organize available evidence, organize documents and deadlines, and prepare customer checkpoints. The exact work depends on the opportunity and the capabilities available in your plan.
Pavara brings you in with the work already prepared and shows what is needed and why. You provide judgment, confirmation, authorization, signature, payment, or another reserved action, and Pavara continues with the work it can handle.
Customer review and authority remain part of the operating loop. Pavara does not silently make your attestations, commitments, signatures, pricing decisions, payments, or other reserved decisions for you.
No. Pavara does not make attestations, sign documents, choose pricing, or submit on your behalf. It can help prepare and organize the work so you can review and authorize the action.
The Pursuit remains connected to the work and its outcome record where information is available. Pavara can show what it handled, what needed you, and what happened next without assuming an outcome that has not been established.
Discover is for finding opportunities; Intelligence adds company-aware fit and evidence context; Pursuit adds organized production work; Pursuit Pro adds higher Pursuit capacity and higher-touch support. Current prices and entitlements are shown on the Pricing page.
A Pursuit Credit is a unit of included production capacity. Pursuit includes 3 credits each month; Pursuit Pro includes 8. Standard work uses 1 credit, Complex uses 2, and Exceptional uses 3, so the number of completed Pursuits depends on workload complexity. The required credit amount is shown before commitment when that step is supported.
Credits reflect workload complexity, including requirements, forms, documents, response components, and production work—not contract value alone. Standard uses 1 credit, Complex uses 2, and Exceptional uses 3 under the current model.
Plans include monthly Pursuit Credits; the number of completed Pursuits depends on their complexity. Additional credits are $249 each. Included credits may roll over for one billing cycle, subject to the 6-credit Pursuit or 16-credit Pursuit Pro bank cap.
Included credits may roll forward for one additional billing cycle, subject to the plan cap, when those billing semantics apply. Check the current Pricing and Terms language for the active plan rules.
You can change plans or cancel future renewal according to the current billing and Terms flow. Access and credit treatment depend on the effective period and the applicable plan rules; Pricing and Terms are the authoritative references.
Pavara combines company intelligence, public-source context, fit and readiness analysis, evidence, a Pursuit workspace, customer checkpoints, and outcome visibility. AI is part of that broader workflow, not a substitute for evidence or customer authority.
AI can help organize and interpret information within Pavara's broader intelligence and workflow. Evidence, uncertainty, source context, and customer-controlled decisions remain visible; see AI Disclosures for more detail.
Pavara is designed to connect recommendations to available source and company evidence and to show what remains unresolved. The exact evidence available depends on the source and the information provided.
Yes. Pavara handles work within its boundaries and stops at customer-reserved judgment, confirmation, authorization, signature, payment, and other commitments. You decide what to pursue and what to approve.
Pavara's security and privacy practices are described in the Trust Center, Security, and Privacy pages. Those pages are the authoritative source for current controls, data handling, and access terms.
No. Pavara does not guarantee eligibility, responsiveness, award, funding, or contract success. It helps you understand the work, make a better-informed decision, and keep the outcome connected to the Pursuit.
Pavara can record an outcome when it has information that establishes what happened. If the outcome is unavailable or unclear, it remains unknown rather than being assumed; the record should show that distinction.
